Luis Marquez, O.D.

Luis Marquez, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston in 1997 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at St. Mary’s University.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Dr. Marquez is an active member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Marquez was inspired to become an optometrist after his first eye exam and remembers his patient’s bedside manner as caring and educational. 

Dr. Marquez says he enjoys meeting new people of all ages and concludes that you never know what an eye examination may uncover. Most times a spectacle correction may improve someone’s quality of life or save someone from undiagnosed conditions, such as brain tumors or diabetes.
